We would like to thank each and every one of you who took part in The Clare 10k 2016. Whether as a participant or a volunteer, it could not have happened without your help. Results will appear in a special 12-page supplement in Tuesday’s Clare People newspaper.

Online registration is now closed. You can fill out an entry form in The Clare People offices or register on Saturday morning in Lees Road before 9.30am. All race packs must be picked up at either The Clare People offices between 6pm and 8pm, Friday, May 20th, or in Lees Road, on Saturday, May 21, before 9.30am.

Training Plan

Regular runners will be training all year round, but if, like a lot of us, you only take part in one or two events a year, you might benefit from our training plans. Broken into different levels, they cater for newbies to occasional athletes.
